We collect what we need to send you spices and, if you've asked for it, the occasional note. We don't sell your information. Not to anyone, not ever.
When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone if you give it, and what you bought. When you sign up for our list: your email. When you visit: basic analytics about which pages get read.
Your card number. That goes straight to Stripe and never touches our systems.
To ship your order, to answer your questions, to send you notes if you've asked for them, and to understand which pages people actually read.
Only the companies that help us run the shop — our payment processor, our email service, our shipping carriers, and our website host. Each of them sees only what they need. None of them may use it for anything else.
We only email people who asked us to. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
The ones that keep your cart working, and basic analytics. Nothing that follows you around the internet.
Order records as long as we're required to for tax and accounting. Email addresses until you unsubscribe.
Write to us and we'll tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have a formal right to ask — but you don't need a legal right to ask us, just an email.
This shop is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect anything from children under 13.
If we change this, we'll change the date at the top.
