We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't ship internationally yet. If you're outside the States and want our blends, write to us — we're working on it.
Free shipping on orders of three jars or more. One or two jars ship at a rate calculated at checkout based on your address.
We blend in small batches and pack to order. Most orders leave our kitchen within two to three business days. During the holidays it can run a little longer, and we'll say so on the site when it does.
Once it ships, most orders arrive within three to seven business days. You'll get tracking by email the moment your jars are on their way.
Jars are glass, and glass occasionally loses an argument with a delivery truck. If yours arrives broken, send us a photo within seven days and we'll replace it. No need to send anything back.
Tick "Is this a gift?" at checkout and we'll add keepsake packaging for $5. The Launch Set already arrives gift-ready, so there's no need there.
We ship to the address you give us at checkout. If it's wrong, tell us quickly — before it ships we can fix it, and after it ships we can't.
