Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. Until then, we may decline an order — if a blend has sold out, if there's a pricing error, or if something looks wrong with the payment.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown on the product page. We may change them, but never after you've ordered. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
We take payment through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
These are food products for household cooking. Every jar lists its own ingredients and allergen information — please read the label if you're cooking for an allergy. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing on this site is medical or dietary advice.
We photograph our jars honestly, but color varies between screens, and a hand-blended product varies a little jar to jar. That variation is the point.
We stand behind what we sell — if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we'll replace it or refund it. Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for the order.
The blend names, the writing, the photographs, the recipes as written, and the Simply Greer marks are ours. Cook from them freely. Don't republish them as your own.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
